Ah, finally - the new Twitter List Feature makes life so much easier for me. I could have scrambled to write a guide - yet Josh has already done it - and done it well - so enjoy!

One thing I will add - your list can be public or private. For example, I did create a private list of clients that makes it sooo much easier for me to be a part of their Twitter lives. So get creative, the Twitter List feature is flexible.
